So finally my cousin, the first one on my mother's side of family got engaged last weekend. Her fiance,ehem...is from Johor. It's kinda weird seeing my cousin getting engaged when I remember back when we were small and running around playing. Now all of us have grown up  Her engagement marks a new phase for all of Mek Som's grandchildren haha...I had a great time at the engagement ceremony

THESIS ROAD TOUR 2005

this road tour was for us to wind down after one looooooong semester, grappling the last education on architecture, battling disfunctional biological clock, emotional ups and downs, printer breakdown, lecturers and architects no-mercy crits and money, money,money on paper, ink, paper, ink and oh...paper hahaha!!!the trip was worhwhile, totally enjoyable and outta this world!!!although only a bunch of us could make it, i knew we would have fun no matter what.first stop - kuala terengganu then kota bharu (to my nenek's house), pantai cahaya bulan, abg. zam's nenek's house in sg. rapat, enchanting kellie's castle, the famed masjid ubudiah, the very yellow istana kenangan, 2 waterfalls, cameron highlands - rumah ibu, BBQ on the highlands, strawberry park, jungle trekking and bharat tea plantations. i had so much fun and what a wonderful way to end my studies - with my lovely, lovely friends
